William I. Dollar - CEO
Bill
has been in the high technology industry for over 35 years. He has
an extensive background in Executive Management, Business Development, Sales
and Marketing, Fund Raising, Market Research, and successful product launches
for both hardware and software companies.
- billdollar.com was founded
in 1994, with a focus on business development activities for startup
companies in the wireless data communications software market. Their
services offered to clients have expanded and now include fund raising and
merger/acquisition.
- In 1998 he
founded Remonix, Inc. a Business
Development Consulting Company. In 2003 the company focused on the
emerging opportunities in the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)
market. Clients included Omron Corporation, Domino Printing Sciences,
epcSolutions, Inc., and Xterprise, Inc.
- Principal with Palo
Alto Management Group (PAMG), a strategic market research
company based in Silicon Valley, in Northern California.
Bill ran the Business Intelligence Practice for PAMG, and
clients included IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, NCR, and Sun
Microsystems. In 2001, PAMG was sold to Survey.com, a very successful
Internet based market research company.
- In 1983 he co-founded
Ampro Computers, Inc and was
President & CEO. Ampro Computers is the industry leader in
embedded computers, and developers of the industry standard PC-104
Embedded Computer Architecture. In 1996 Ampro Computers, Inc.
was sold to Preco Electronics, a Boise, Idaho based Technology Company.
- Written several
business articles for Wisconsin Technology Network, a technology
newsletter based in Madison, Wisconsin.
- Holds
a BA in Business Administration from San Francisco State University.
